Which booking platforms does it sync with?
GHM Suite currently syncs with Airbnb, Booking.com and LekkeSlaap via iCal links. You can also add bookings manually for direct bookings or phone reservations.
Is my guest data safe and POPIA compliant?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in South Africa using Supabase with row-level security. Only you can access your property data. We are fully POPIA compliant — read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After 30 days you'll be prompted to subscribe. What you pay depends on the property: a guest house is R150/month for the first 6 rooms then R50/month per extra room; camping is R15/month per site (minimum R300). If you choose not to subscribe, your account is paused — your data is never deleted, and you can reactivate at any time.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes, and they don't have to be the same kind. You can run guest houses and camp sites side by side under one account. Each property is billed separately after its trial, on the price list for its own type.
What if a guest house has more than 6 rooms?
On the guest house plan, the R150/month base covers your first 6 rooms and each extra room is R50/month. When you add a 7th room or more, we'll show you the new monthly total and ask you to confirm before it's added — and the increase only applies from your next billing cycle. Camping is priced differently — see property types.
Do I need to install anything?
No. GHM Suite is a web app that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. If you'd rather have it on your home screen, you can install it in two taps straight from the browser.
Why isn't GHM Suite in the App Store or Google Play?
Because it's a Progressive Web App — an open standard Google helped define, which installs onto your home screen straight from the browser, with its own icon and its own window. That choice is deliberate: updates reach you the moment we ship them instead of waiting in a review queue, the same app runs on Android, iPhone, iPad and your laptop, and the install is a few megabytes rather than hundreds.
